Prepare for Shipping
Ensure the fireplace or BBQ unit is securely repacked in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For oversized freight items, we will coordinate a specialized carrier pickup; for smaller accessories, utilize the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for unused condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
