Most in-stock fireplaces and outdoor BBQs are delivered within 7-14 business days. Due to the weight and fragile nature of these items, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your unit arrives safely.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Luxe Fireplaces & BBQs provides the high-end hardware, we recommend hiring a licensed gas fitter or NFI-certified technician for installation. We can provide a list of recommended professionals in your local area upon request.
What is your return policy for outdoor kitchen equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that because of the specialized shipping required for heavy goods, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are your gas fireplaces compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Most of our models are designed for a specific fuel type, but many include or offer optional liquid propane conversion kits. Please check the product specifications or contact our support team to ensure you select the correct configuration.

We operate primarily as an online boutique to keep our prices competitive. However, we provide high-resolution videos, detailed CAD drawings, and material samples for many of our premium collections to help you shop with confidence.
